At Pulchritudo, we want you to shop with confidence.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1) Return period
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
In addition, under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. (See section 8 below.)
2) Return eligibility (luxury 100% human hair wigs)
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

Lace, knots, and hairline must remain intact (not cut, bleached, or plucked)

No styling, heat, or chemical products applied
-
All tags attached and in original packaging

Include receipt or order confirmation
⚠️ Hygiene note: Due to the personal nature of human hair wigs, any worn, altered, or styled items cannot be accepted for return.
Visible signs of wear, scent, or manipulation may lead to partial refunds or rejection.
3) Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:

Custom or personalized units (made-to-order or adjusted wigs)

Sale / final sale items or gift cards

Opened or used personal care or hygiene products
4) Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.
5) Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return it first for a refund, then place a new order for the desired product.
This ensures faster processing and product availability.
6) How to start a return

Email us at support@pulchritudo.be with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

Ship your item securely and with tracking to:

Unannounced returns may experience delays in processing.
7) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get a confirmation email.

If approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

Banks and card issuers may take additional time to process the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@pulchritudo.be.
8) EU right of withdrawal (for customers in the EU)
For EU deliveries, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
During this period, you may handle the product only as necessary to evaluate it as you would in a physical store.
If the item’s condition has changed due to handling beyond that necessary, a deduction for loss of value may apply.
Sealed hygiene products that have been opened after delivery are not eligible for return under this rule.
